Interface and documentation for new shock decomposition functionalities

Implement the preprocessor changes needed for !1655 (merged).

The test tests/shock_decomposition/ls2003_plot.mod will need to be adapted for the new squeeze_shock_decomposition command.

Also add the related documentation.
