Method of Moments mode_compute 11 and 12

In merge request !1799 (merged) I added a test mod file RBC_MoM_optimizer.mod which runs through all optimizers to check whether the call to the optimizers succeeds. For mode_compute=11 and mode_compute=12, at least for me, there is an error.
