Potentially remove options_.prior_trunc

The prior_trunc option regularly causes trouble (see e.g. https://forum.dynare.org/t/default-prior-trunc-value-possible-bug-in-write-latex-prior-table/27054/2, in addition to issues with corner solutions during mode-finding). I don't see any obvious advantages of it and would suggest to remove it in Dynare 7.
