Update manual section 5: The Configuration File

The manual is highly confusing and seems outdated compared to the Wiki http://www.dynare.org/DynareWiki/ParallelDynare For example, the configuration file is case sensitive, but the manual uses the wrong COMPUTER NAME instead of the correct ComputerName as indicate by the Wiki. Moreover, a link to the Wiki might be helpful.
