det_conditional_forecast doesn't set set options_.qz_criterium

When det_conditional_forecast is used by itself in a *.mod file as in the example of the manual options_.qz_criterium isn't set.

We should have

options_.qz_criterium = 1+1e-6;

at the beginning of the function
