Make output of @#echomacrovars directive more user friendly

1. Return an alphabetical list instead of one in declaration order The current version is very hard to parse for large models.
2. Provide line number in command window instead of just Macro Variables: (as is the case with the save option when saving to options_). Currently, multiple calls are indistinguishable in the output.
