Recognize default order=2 of stoch_simul

When the preprocessor internally decides which objects to compute, the default order=2 of stoch_simul is not recognized. If there is an order=1 present somewhere else, the preprocessor while only compute first order objects. In particular, M_.hessian_eq_zero will be missing, therefore crashing fs2000.mod
