- now use the mingw package shipped with Cygwin
- create a version for 64-bit MATLAB
- note that I could not merge the 32 and 64-bit mexopts in a single file,
because MATLAB's mex.pl ignores everything that is not a "set" statement (in
particular it ignores "if" statements)
