Speed up pruned_state_space_system.m by e.g. using persistent variables

@wmutschl AnSchorfheide_pruned_state_space.mod now fails, because we do not output Var_z anymore. Should we add it back again or remove the checks in the mod-file?

No, we do not need to output it. So I would suggest to simply comment out everything starting from line 146 starting with skipline, as this only showcases that in Andreasen's code there is an error and in ours it is correct. I would like to keep it uncommented though as I am still looking into the issue in their code.
