Draft: Built scripts for macOS pkg for both arm64 and x86_64

MATHWORKS has released a final Apple Silicon native version (as of R2023b); therefore, we can now ship official builds for both architectures. This commit contains the necessary updates to the built scripts for macOS in order to create separate pkg installers for arm64 and x86_64 systems.
