Fixes for CET tests on Octave

• the mode file was previously saved as '-v7.3', now it is '-v6'
• mode_compute=1 and additional_optimizer=1 do not work under Octave

Is there anything special about LFS objects that I need to do so that it gets uploaded correctly?

Normally there is nothing special to do, as long as you have git-lfs locally installed.

I do, but I was on the train yesterday, so probably something went wrong during the upload and my internet connection.
