Bugfix Ramsey steady state with steady state files

Johannes Pfeifer requested to merge JohannesPfeifer:Ramsey_steady_state into master
  • Correctness of the steady state was not enforced
  • Subsequent calls to evaluate_steady_state resulted in wrong results
  • Add more explicit output for error messages
  • Adds unit tests to prevent the same issues in the future
  • Account for presence of Lagrange multipliers and auxiliary equations in display_problematic_vars_Jacobian.m
