Update unit tests to use correct steady state files

  • Replaces initval-blocks of fs2000 mod-files with steady_state_model blocks (speeds up tests)
  • Updates some old steady state files to use general structure of NK_baseline_steady_state.m in order to not provide bad examples with hardcoded input and output order or variables
  • Add moments_varendo option to one file to trigger computation of endogenous moments
  • Fixes bugs in histvalf and check_list_of_variables.m
