Solves issues in deterministic simulation:

- replaces maximum_endo_(lead|lag) by maximum_(lead|lag) to determine the maximum number of lead and lag in deterministic simulation
- allows to use bytecode in solve_perfect_foresight_model.m
- Adds model information in bytecode
