Remove globals from dynare_sensitivity and dynare_identification

Actually this commit does not comply with the new formatting rules (you will see the CI pipeline failing if you rebase it). It’s because the second change leads to a line of more than 100 columns.

Please rebase and ideally fix the problem. I can provide guidance if needed.
