Moved +dseries/initialize.m to @dseries/initialize.m

To initialize the toolbox:

 - Add the `src` folder in the path
 - run `dseries().initialize()`

This is an Octave compatibily workaround, Octrave cannot handle
simultaneously +folder (namespace) and @folder (class).
