Incidentally, this means that the JSONlab submodule is no longer needed, so it
is removed in the present commit.

We were previously using version 1.8.

This code was never integrated in Dynare. Also, the authors would like to
release a new version soon, and they prefer that we remove this old version
from our repositories.
