MoM: Improve testsuite

- add Andreasen, Fernandez-Villaverde, Rubio-Ramirez (2017) test models
- move models to dedicated folders
- add `make m/method_of_moments` and `make o/method_of_moments` commands to run testsuite only for method of moments
